Three simple steps to make your dream into reality.
Concept & Discussion
A representative will come out to visit your home or building, take on-site measurements, and have an initial consultation where we discuss what you’re after, such as ideas, preferences, design and layout. Within the next couple of days we’ll prepare a quote covering what we’ve agreed on and send it to you. With your acceptance, finalising of all details and signing of contract, we’ll begin the preparation phase where we arrange appointments for you and our representative to visit our suppliers’ showrooms to pick out exactly what you want for the features, tapware, accessories and tiles. We then arrange the orders and delivery dates for you.
Implementation & Renovation
One of our experienced project managers will manage your bathroom renovation making sure everything runs smoothly. They’ll manage the tradesmen and oversee the process from start to finish. They’ll keep you updated with a timeline, such as which day the tiler will come in to which day the features will be installed. During the renovation process, many clients will change their mind about something or would like to upgrade a feature, this isn’t an issue at all, and will be classified as a variation, where we’ll quote you the price difference and with your acceptance we carry out that work. Variation payments are added to the final progress payment.
Completion & Handover
Once renovations are complete, your bathroom will be cleaned up and ready for you! We also leave a thank you gift for you to use in your new gorgeous bathroom.
